Chinese Wushu Combined with Traditional Chinese Culture
Chinese wushu is not only for physical fitness. It cultivates team spirit, respect, good morals, self-confidence and self-reliance. They have much in common with traditional Chinese culture and, as such, the center combines many aspects, from movement and rhythms to speech. Mind, body and character are all developed thorough authentic programs, such as Di Zhi Gui Wushu, Three-character Classics Wushu, Tang Poetry Wushu, and Tao Te Ching Enriching Spirit Taijiquan.
Badges Award Scheme
The scheme was formulated by the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Wushu Union, with President Ian Fok Chun-wan personally participating and supervising the formulation. This scheme is based on adolescent physical characteristics, activity characteristics, and psychological quality. After years of popularizing and repeatedly improving the practice of juvenile wushu, the most suitable action specifications have been edited to meet the requirements of wushu popularization.


Kung Fu Kid
Programs developed for primary schools are created by our Senior Technical Director. They are easy to learn, understand and practice. There are intensive wushu exercises (six sessions). Short and intensive Children's Quan can be practiced individually or in pairs. It not only strengthens the body, but also teaches self-defense techniques. It is very popular in elementary schools.
Fun Wushu
Prepared by the Chinese Wushu Association, this is considered a preparation course for Chinese wushu. Fun Wushu is a gamified practice method with the basics at its core. It cultivates an interest in martial arts and uses a variety of techniques for development, practice, and competition, in preparation for passage through the various ranks in the future.
Tai Chi Class
Said to be the art of self-cultivation, Tai Chi is the softest and slowest movement in Chinese wushu. As young people are susceptible to the environment and their attention is easily distracted, a set of Tai Chi exercises that can improve the concentration have been developed. Jin Shen Tai Chi is the result of years of experience, practicing and teaching the principles of Tai Chi.


National and International Regulation Course
A pre-requisite for advanced routines developed by the National and International Wushu Federation. The movements are standardized, simple and easy to learn. The center proposes any of the primary one, two or three Changquan and equipment (broadsword, spear, sword, cudgel).
Elite Class
The standards of basic wushu skills, teaching of various advanced wushu routines, and improvement of routine training skills guides students to develop their own characteristics and style. Those who achieve outstanding results can be recommended to the Hong Kong Wushu Team, to participate in competitions around the world.


Wushu is a dynamic sport that requires a high degree of hand-eye coordination, body movement and aggression. In addition to focusing on physical flexibility, it requires the coordination of energy, spirit, intention, and proper training. Unity of form and function, spirit, speed and precision.
The practice of wushu must be accompanied by physical fitness. A combination of Chinese and Japanese martial arts, together with experience gained from teaching in Hong Kong schools, has led the center’s administrator and technical director, Cun Liang, to develop a series of fun activities train and improve physical fitness. Students are not only finely tuned and flexible, with better coordination, they have a stronger sense of rhythm and keen interest in learning.
Class size: 10-12 students
Appropriate sporting attire and footwear must be worn to class.
Students will be rewarded certificates for attendance of 80% or above.
