Cun Liang is the second son of Yu Liguang. He has practiced wushu with his father since childhood, graduating from the Wushu Department of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education.
A national-level samurai, Cun Liang learned Judo and Kendo in Japan in 1997, where he also obtained a Master's degree. In conjunction with Chinese wushu, he launched his own wushu association (Yu Cunliang Tai Chi Center) in Japan. As an instructor, Yu Cunliang is rich in international experience, developing systematic teaching programs for primary and secondary schools, universities and advanced students.

Former head coach of Hong Kong Wushu Team, Yu Liguang is a Chinese Wushu Top 100 Master, Level 8 in Chinese Wushu System, international referee and renowned wushu master. He has led the Hong Kong team and has won numerous awards, while training 17 world-class, gold medalists. He has repeatedly won the Hong Kong Outstanding Coach Award and the Best Coach Award in Hong Kong, and twice been recognized by the SAR Government.
During the 1950s and 1960s, in China, Yu Liguang was an outstanding athlete. He won first prize at the National Wushu Appraisal Conference in 1958. First place in short weapon, and third in Changquan, in the first National Games of China of 1959. That same year, he was all-round runner-up in the first National Youth Wushu Championship, and was placed highly at many other national competitions. He was among the first Chinese team members to visit Burma, the Soviet Union and other countries with Prime Minister Zhou Enlai. Part of the inaugural national and international wushu judges of China, he was also a member of the first Chinese group selected to promoted wushu throughout Europe and across Asia; and one of the first to author of wushu textbooks in Chinese. Engaged in the teaching, training and research of wushu for more than 50 years, he held in high esteem for his teaching, skills and dedication, influential in wushu circles at home and abroad.
The "Di Zhi Gui Program" was created for the Tung Wah Group by Yu.

Zeng Simin joined the Hong Kong Wushu Team in 1995 and soon became an elite athlete. He joined the former head coach of the Hong Kong Wushu Team to receive professional training, specializing in Nanquan, Nandao, Nangun, Tai Chi and Changquan. In 2004, he completed a third-level training course, sponsored by the Hong Kong Wushu Union. Holding a bachelor's degree in sports training education from Beijing Sport University, he was awarded the Certificate of Community Service by the Hong Kong Chief Executive in 2007 for his outstanding performance in international wushu competitions.
